Pratish Motwane is a professional singer based out of Panaji, Goa. His favorite genre happens to be the blues. He is also a very talented harp player and has earned a reputation as a great frontman on vocals as well. The Beat Root Blues Band was created in 2004. They performed live at various venues across the nation. Legends like Buddy Guy and Robert Cray were present at a major international blues festival in Mumbai in 2011. He played the harp and sang for this band. Later, he decided to create his own signature sound of the blues. Colin D’Cruz, the band’s former bassman was contacted by him. They added Dave Kelly, a guitarist from the United Kingdom. The drummer in the group was Claude Abranches.
