Pratik Sinha is an Indian software engineer and journalist who is known for being the co-founder of the non-profit fact-checking website Alt News in 2017 along with Mohammed Zubair.Growing up in Ahemdabad, Pratik used to visit Kolkata during his summer vacations.Pratik Sinhas parents founded the independent civil rights organisation named Jan Sangharsh Manch in Gujarat to address issues of labour and workers rights.
