Pineapple Riff is a rock band trio based out of Jalandhar, Punjab. A set of like minded guys to give out some quality music to its listeners. Originally a Guwahati-based, this rock band also incorporates in its music genres like blues, neo-classical and instrumental. Formed in 2012-13, when two friends Armaan and Jeshawot during their high school days, were discussing their interests in music and to their astonishment, they had a stricking resemblance in their taste of music. Armaan had developed a particular style in his playing which was a mix of rock with bluesy roots and Jeshawot had a natural rock playing style in his blood. Combined together they formed a symbiotic relationship. The trio came into existence when the third person Raunak joined them on bass. They recorded their first single 'Wind Up Their Reign' that received positive responses from their friends, acquaintances and the few others.
