Rohit was born in Hyderabad and been fond of singing since a very young age. As per the records, he started singing at the age of five. It is known that Rohit stammers a little but knew to how to deal with this problem. Rohit wants to make a career in the field of music. Rohit also revealed that he wishes to be able to sing in all regional languages. He is known to be very hard working and has a down-to-earth personality. It is known that Rohit started at a very early age and before joining Indian Idol as a contestant. He worked with a few movie directors in Telangana. Rohit also performed at many stage shows and events.
