Biography
Opium is a professional DJ based out of the capital of India, New Delhi. It is a minimal progressive electronic project started by Siddharth Sharma. He produces addictive minimal tech music with an immense amount of multi-dimensional sound experimentation and design. Inspired by the electronic music scene in London and Berlin, Opium performs original electronic music and uses hardware equipment only (no computers) which makes his musical journey organic and intuitive. Opium is mostly influenced by Stereo Buddha, Opeth, Morcheeba, Minilogue, Deftones, and Korn. Siddharth is quite famous all over Delhi and is well appreciated in many pubs and restaurants that are linked to the music scene.
