Nitika Kaul is a Lieutenant in the Indian Army. She is the widow of Major Vibhuti Shankar Dhoundiyal who martyred in the Pulwama attack in 2019.She belongs to a Kashmiri Pandit family who migrated from Kashmir to Delhi.After completing her MBA in May 2016, she joined The Ideaz Factory as a marketing communications intern in Chandigarh.She then joined Tata Consultancy Services as IT Pre Sales Representative in October 2017.
