He started writing poems and stories at a young age.He started his career as a casting director.Along with his writing and casting work, he used to appear in small roles in different TV shows as well.After working for a long time as a casting director, Nishant Shandilya joined Prism Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. as the assistant director.He has also worked as the post-production Coordinator for many TV shows including Meri Saasu Maa.In 2016, he joined Frog Unlimited as the creative head & associate director.Nishant Shandilya has directed many web series and short films including Tera Mera Pyar Amar Rahe.He became famous with his role as Sameer in the web series Virgin Woman Diaries.
