Police also said that the toolkit played a part in the violence that took place in Delhi during the farmers parade on 26 January 2021. On contrary, Nikita provided a different explanation of the toolkit in her statement to the Delhi Police officials. She said, The information contained in the toolkit does not in any manner incite riots or violence and is simply an information pack with information from various sources No weapons, no violence, no mention of anything remotely violent in the toolkit or any of our communication She added that the action of creating a document that is aimed towards making people aware of farmers situation in India and about the ongoing protests was natural and perfectly legal in a democracy guarded by a constitution as strong as ours..On 15 January 2021, the Delhi Police issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against her.
