Neil Nitin Mukesh is a Mumbai-based Bollywood actor. He hails from a renowned family. His father, Nitin Mukesh, is a playback singer, while his grandfather, Mukesh Chand Mathur, was also a veteran singer. Neil wanted to be an actor from a very small age, so he made a child appearance in the movie 'Vijay' and 'Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni'. After doing his graduation, he took acting classes from Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute, and also received training from Anupam Kher. In the year 2007, Neil came up with his debut film, 'Johnny Gaddaar', as a lead actor. The movie turned out to be a superhit at the box office, and was critically applauded, too. Neil won the best male debut in the Filmfare awards. After that, he acted in the films 'Aa Dekhen Zara' and 'New York'; for the latter, Neil got the best supporting actor award.
