In the same year, she appeared in the Rajasthani film Maati Ka Laal Meena Gurjar..In 2012, she appeared in the Bhojpuri film Sajna Mangiya Sajai Da Hamar alongside Arvind Akela (kallu).Neha Shree became popular after working alongside Pawan Singh in the Bhojpuri film Mamara Tridev. Some of her hit Bhojpuri films are Hamar Tridev (2016), Sugna 2 (2017), Yodha Arjun Pandit (2017), Action Raja (2017), Mohabbat Mith Lagela (2018), and Laadla (2018).Neha Shree considers Khesari Lal Yadav her best friend. She has also worked with the established Bhojpuri actors Ravi Kishan, Pawan Singh, and Arvind Akela.
