Neeraj Bishnoi is an Indian app creator who is known for creating the controversial Bulli Bai App on GitHub in November 2021.The app was used for a virtual auction of Muslim women that included female journalists with Muslim ideology by using their pictures without their knowledge. The name of the app was also considered controversial by some journalists. According to them, the word Bulli Bai was used to disgrace Muslim women.
