Muthumalar is an Indian homemaker. She is known for being the wife of the Indian film director Bala.She grew up in a middle-class family in Theni, Tamil Nadu.Muthumalar is residing in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (as of 2022).She shares a great bond with many renowned Tamil celebrities like Jayam Ravis wife Aarti and Tamil singer Saindhavi. Muthumalar with Aarti Ravi and her other friends.In her free time, she loves to read books and travel.Muthumalar got divorced from Bala on 5 March 2022 after being together for around 17 years. Apparently, they got separated in 2018 and filed for a divorce in a family court with mutual consent.
