Minor Loss of Fidelity is a trio comprising of Maya (Vocals), Abhishek (Guitars & Backing Vocals) & Somdev (Guitars & Backing Vocals). They play old school Blues and Rock n Roll ranging from Dylan to Stones to Nick Drake to The Black Keys but in their own unique style that takes you back to the nostalgia lanes, in the 60s to 70s era. The trio always aims to add their own flavours to whatever song they touch. Maya has been singing since the age of 7. Music has always been a part of her household and upbringing and it's something that comes to her naturally. Maya has played for a lot of bands and ensembles in Cambridge & London and her unique singing style is bound strike a special chord to all the listeners. Abhishek is an ardent guitarist who has been actively playing since he was 10 and has been a part of numerous bands like Septic, Nasya, Amaltash etc. He is trained western classical guitar but his love for the Blues and Rock music has allowed him to fuse classical moods in contemporary blues style to create a completely unique and fresh soundscape. Somdev has been a part of a band called The Gravy Theory, Kolkata and had been active in the Indie scene for years now. He brings out the dirtiness in his playing and his love for the raw and rough tones is something that sets him apart from the rest of the players.
