In November 2020, Milind shared the news of his relationship with Avika on his Instagram post.While he was in school, he faced body shaming and was bullied by his schoolmates as he was overweight and weighed more than 105 Kg. He was so depressed with bullying that he decided to quit his life, when he was in 12th class. He then decided to loose weight, and he worked hard to loose 3o Kg of his excessive body weight.
