Biography

Mariam Al Usman is a Dubai-born and Pune-based makeup artist and stylist who creates a unique aesthetic drawing from her Dubai heritage and the time spent working in Pune. She completed her Bachelors in Design (Fashion Communication) from Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune. She has also won the Academic Excellence Award for the Best Sourcing and Look Creation from the batch 2011–2015. She is a diploma-certified makeup artist from the Sara Kamkarian School of Make Up, Dubai. Mariam's passion for fashion keeps her in the avant garde of styling, creating visually-stunning, emotive work. Having grown up with this passion, she has now turned this enthusiasm into her career. She focuses on fashion styling, makeup, concept visualization and fashion consultancy. She loves challenges and delivers perfection to the same. Her work is fresh and unique, and maintains a certain deliverable standards. Her clients from Pune and Mumbai include renowned photographers, designers, brands, art directors and producers, her work is a reflection of her capabilities. A perfectionist by nature and a workaholic by choice.
