Biography

    Manu Rajeev Vishwamitra is a  Music Director hailing from the beautiful city of Kerala. He studied Western Classical from ABRSM & Trinity College, London. Though he was pursuing science in his young days, Manu always had an exuberant inclination towards the field of music. He now works as a Music Director based out of the city of dreams, Mumbai.   He grew up in an ambience of art and music from his very young childhood. Both his parents were distinguished individuals in their respective field of arts. His father was a philosopher and his mother a famous poet. This somehow instilled him a passion for arts, right at an early age. Manu started learning Carnatic music from the age of five. He learned different forms of music from many Gurus.   Manu always had the enthusiasm to learn and discover new forms of music. To accomplish this, he travelled all across India and learned the technicals and chores of sound and music. Looking back at his journey Manu feels this is what contributed to him becoming proficient and knowledgeable in the field.   Eventually he started working for UTV. Soon after, he become an independent music composer in pursuance of his big ambitions.  Now he travels across India composing and performing on stage.
