Manish Gunthey is a name in the capital when it comes to singing out loud and clear. Well-trained in professional singing and very popular amongst the young, middle-aged and old crowd, he might not be a renowned music composer, but that does not prevent him from encouraging others to flex their vocal chords. Co-founder at Microphonics, a musical enterprise which promotes the concept of karaoke in lounge bars, cafes, pubs and any place with good acoustics. He is the man who initiated a desire to start karaoke nights at Bennigans, another posh lounge bar at Saket, Delhi. This was enough motivation he needed to shelve his career in TV and experiment with music. Manish also writes and composes Hindi songs, and uploads them on an ad-hoc basis on YouTube. Soon, he will be ready with his album in collaboration with another business partner.
