My Compelling Story

He is such an amazing stand up comedian who has so many stories rolled up his sleeves. Fortunately for he considers sharing them with us. Singh sounds a lot familiar to Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh but his sad and mundane stories are amusing.   He took the step into comedy on the advice of fellow comedian, Appurv Gupta and is now slowly making his way up the ranks of the Indian stand-up comedy scene. After going through much personal strife, Singh found out that 'cliche alert' laughter is indeed the best medicine because telling people about incidents in his person life made them laugh. This also makes him feel better.   Maheep Singh’s steep ascent in the New Delhi Comedy circuit has not gone unnoticed. He was awarded ‘India’s Best Stand-up Comedian’ with fellow comedian, Zakir Khan at the Indian Comedy Festival. IBN7 has offered him to write a show for television. Yes! We all can’t wait for it to come through. He recently started his all India tour from Hyderabad.
