Leon Pereira is a professional DJ based out of the party capital of India, Goa. DJ Leon’s true skill is the identification of what kind of music could affect tons of people at the same time and at the same place. This is tricky, but then, that’s why he’s so good at his job. He has an impressive resume of genres he can handle, which includes deep house and techno house. His taste in music in the DJing world is probably what a wine-connoisseur is in the wine world. Old or new, he knows what 'taste' is. Now, he has been spitting out sick beats for the last couple of years, and the experience speaks for itself. DJ Leon started playing in Goa and later went to Dubai for some international flavor. He came back and really kicked off impressively at Café Del Mar (simultaneously in Baga and Palolem). He played at Kamakis (Baga) for a while, and now spins at Café Lilliput. If that wasn’t enough, he also took charge of the New Year Revelers and has continuously brought in the New-Year with a bang for three years straight at Baga. He played at Café Del Mar (Baga) for the New Year’s beach party 2009–2010. Let’s not forget his impressive New Year’s Eve beach parties at Zanzibar (Baga) where he performed in 2010–11 and 2011–12.
