Kira Rudik is a Ukrainian politician. On 29 August 2019, she was appointed as a leader of the Ukrainian political party Voice. She is a member of the Ukrainian parliament. Before venturing into politics in 2019, Kira Rudik worked with several renowned IT companies in Ukraine and the United States as a top manager.In June 2006, Kira Rudik started working as a QA manager at TAIN Ukraine and served the position for six years. From 2010 to 2013, she served as a software tester at MiMedia, Brooklyn, New York. Kira Rudik then co-founded the company named TechTeamLabs in Ukraine in March 2013 and was designated as its Head of Project Management for three years and seven months. In 2015, she began working as Project Manager and Product Manager at Open Influence in Greater Los Angeles and worked at the position for one and a half years. In September 2016, Kira Rudik started working as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ring Ukraine and served the position for three years and one month. Kira Rudik was the head of the research, finance, PR, and HR departments at Ring Ukraine, and simultaneoulsy, she was responsible for operational tasks of the company. This company was the manufacturer of the security systems and smart doorbells in 2018, which was later taken over by Amazon for $1 billion.During her work as a Software Engineer in several renowned IT companies of the United States, Kira Rudik was also a part of numerous civic and business organizations. In 2018, Kira Rudik earned a Stanford Executive Program for Women Leaders and started attending large conferences and delegations all across her county as a woman leader. Kira Rudik is a part of the Ukraine House of Davos panel along with many other world leaders.
