Kimochi Youkai is a LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. This band has five members who have received their training from The True School of Music, Mumbai. Band Members: Bishan Pukhrambam – Lead Guitars He is the lead guitarist from Manipur who fuses the unique styles of classical guitar and modern jazz. Vishal Singh – Bass He is the bassist who is from Jaipur. He plays various styles such as funk and RnB. He was inspired by Billy Sheehan, Flea and pursued his career in music while he was studying MBA. Dhruv Sarker – Drums He is the professional drummer. He is based in Kolkata. He has a work experience of over eight years and has performed in festivals such as NH7, Escape festival and live from the console. Nirmit Shah – Keyboards He is the keyboardist who teaches production at the True School of Music. He enjoys playing funk, neo soul and jazz. Ambika Nayak – Vocals Her style of singing is very easy and her voice has a blend of ballads and RnB stylistic approach.
