Keshav Kumar is a professional singer based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. He has got a rich timbre in his voice, which renders a peculiar quality. He has also done playback singing for several Telugu and Kannada films. He has also been associated with Fever 104 Mumbai for various projects like Ramayan, Friends in a Metro (character of Babla Ghosh), and numerous jingles. He was also a finalist in the singing reality TV show Indian Idol Season 4 on Sony TV. He has had rare opportunity to interact with and learn from legends like Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Begum Parveen Sultana, Ustad Zakir Hussain, Pt Bhimsen Joshi, Pt Jasraj, Dana Gillespie, and so forth. He debuted as a playback singer in the Kannada film industry in the year 2007. He has shared the stage at Nehru Auditorium with singers like Anup Jalota, Pankaj Udhas, and Kavitha Krishnamoorthy.
