Karishma Kotak is an actor/model based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra.  Born in London, England, she is a graduate in Advertising and Marketing. Karishma began her modelling career at the age of 16 and worked for magazines like Just Seventeen and others in England. She did catalog work for brands like Toni & Guy and FCUK. She walked the ramp for the London Fashion Week in 2004. She was also a presenter for a UK TV show, The Karisma Show. In 2005, she moved to Mumbai, India, and worked with a calendar published by the United Breweries Group, the 2006 Kingfisher Calendar, which was shot in Australia by Atul Kasbekar. This project put her into the limelight of the Indian fashion scene, and she got many offers to do TV commercials. She did TV advertisements and promotional campaigns for brands like Pond's, Dove, Wella Hair Color, Diesel, Titan Xylus, Tanishq, Saffola, Rang Sarees, Sagar Sarees, Alapatt Jewels, Kalyan Silks, Achakottil Jewels, Elmore, CMR Grand, and Sobha Wedding Galaxy. In 2012, two of her TV commercials for Idea Cellular with Abhishek Bachchan Bachchan and with Salman Khan for Relaxo Footwear featured on television. She has appeared in several magazines like FHM, Vogue, Asian Woman, Elle, Maxim, OK!, Hello!, and Snoop and Time 'n Style Beauty magazine as the cover girl.  She has been a ramp model for MAC Cosmetics, Asiana Bridal Show, Provogue, Titan Xylus launch 2006, India Fashion Street - Fashion Tour 2012 and Kochi International Fashion Week Season 2. In 2013, Karishma unveiled a special curtain raiser event for the Vizag Fashion Week at The Park Hotel, Visakhapatnam, organised by Kingfisher Ultra. She has also hosted a few events like 2013 Indian Premier League auction at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, with Indian cricket commentator and journalist, Harsha Bhogle. She walked the ramp for Manali Jagtap's collection as a show stopper in 2013 at the Shockk Lounge in Bandra, Mumbai.
