Biography

Kaafila, a progressive fusion band, was formed in 2007 which is now internationally-acclaimed for its unique style. They have their own unique aura of jazz and blues unified with folk and Sufi music. The band takes you through the Rajasthani folk music with traditional songs, with a flavour of jazz and Sufi, to make it more melodious and create something new. They have an aim to spread the rhythm and music of the colorful Rajasthan all around the world. After more than a 10 years of international activities, vocalist Abid Ali Khan and saxophonist Firoj Ali assembled a variety of musicians.
