Manikandan is a South Indian actor, dialogue writer, director, mimicry artist, and former radio jockey.In the initial years of his career, he worked as a mimicry artist and participated in a TV comedy show in which he was declared runner up. He competed with 600 other contestants in the show.He then worked as an RJ, and later, he started working as a dubbing/voice artist in TV serials and films.Manikandan has written the dialogues of various Tamil films such as Vikram Vedha (2017), Viswasam (2019), Thambi (2019), and Sila Nerangalil Sila Manithargal (2021).He has acted in many Tamil films like Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum (2016), Vikram Vedha (2017), Kaala (2018), and Aelay (2021).
