Biography

JSL Singh is a professional singer based out of the capital of India, New Delhi. He began his musical journey after he got a chance to produce for TAZ Stereo Nation, a well-known international artist. He gave JSL Singh his first commercial break and since then, there has been no looking back. His version of Kolaveri got viral in 2012, with more than 4 million views on YouTube. After this, he released a single titled ‘Assi Haan Sikh’ that earned him the Best Religious Song Award at PTC Music Awards, 2013. Soon, he released another single, ‘Jasmit- Jugni Furr’ and was nominated for the PTC Awards for the Best Sound. The song went viral and was quoted as the best music of 2012. In 2013, he signed his first movie titled ‘Bikkar Bai Sentimental’ as a Music director. He teamed up with Dildjit Dosanjh through a mutual friend and they created the soundtrack for Bikkar Bai. JSL Singh again teamed up with Diljit Dosanjh for another track titled ‘Raj Karega Khalsa’. After a successful run, his track ‘Loongi’ went viral, reaching more than one lakh views on the first day and is a part of every Punjabi radio playlist in the world. He has also sung a Haryanvi song with SB- The Haryanvi titled 'Desi Jaat' and ‘Boliyan’, Sukhdeep Grewal’s song from her album DJ Queen. Currently, he is working on a few projects like Diljit Dosanjh’s movie ‘Mukthtiar Chadha’ and his two solo albums.
