Biography

Led by Himanshu Dabla, who is classically trained from Kirana Gharana and has been in performing live for over a decade now, the Himanshu Raj Band is a Delhi based band, known for being extremely versatile and well-versed with Classical, Pop genres. The Band specializes in Hindustani Classical, Pop, Sufi-Pop, Bollywood Pop ?genres and add their own essence to the performances. Additionally, they incorporate Sufi, Punjabi and Folk into their music as well. The Band is an active performer for religious functions and have a good reputation for their brand of Devotional music. The band incorporates various percussion instruments and add a unique flavour, making it their USP. The Band consists of ?Himanshu Raj Dabla for vocals, Raju Tabla for keyboard, Vivek Kangra on percussion, and Raja as the guitarist along with Karishma as secondary vocals. They have wide experience of performing in corporate sector, private parties like weddings & receptions, campuses and in various festivals across Delhi and Northern part of India. All the band members are exceptionally skilled and well-experienced. The synchronous unleashing of such talent connects on a deeper level with the audience and makes the experience worth it.
