H.A.S.H started his music career by rolling out a simple philosophy of…let the music take control! His love for music kicked in during the late 80’s. He spent his time listening to tunes (presented to him by his dad) - Boney M, ABBA, NKOTB, Madonna, Jason Donavan, MC Hammer, Vanilla Ice, Whitney Houston, Guns n Roses, Bryan Adams, Richard Marx, Take That, Gary Barlow and many more...... As he grew out from his teens, his entire diameter of musicology landed onto a new platform, Grunge! While other kids of his age spent most of their time, playing, Doctor & Nurse or for that matter Mommy & Daddy, Mr. Hash was too busy penning down lyrics of his favorite songs. Which were later rehearsed, in his own head and on a platform which was bigger than the Madison Square! His journey of music eventually took him out space. His ability to write and sing made him drift into the driver’s seat. The next stop was, an Grunge Band! With his socialistic abilities, Hash started collaborating with other musicians on the circuit and became more vocal about his music, tunes and his sense of feeling the whole story. As he dwelled into the sea of Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll. He became more open to his ideology of music after collaborating with artist in different Genres across Europe including Switzerland, France and Norway. These were the days which really made him open his perception towards Grunge and taught him the key skills from professionals to street musicians. Having performed at various cafes, bars, resto-bars, clubs and cultural shows. The entire experience and learning boosted his confidence for him to move back home and kick in the flavors on the home base. After visiting 5 continents and 9 countries, Hash came back to India during the year 2004. After performing various gigs across the city, Hash later on rolled his sleeves into managing artists and bands. The train keep hooting and the experience was a fruitful one. This eventually allowed him to search for new talent and network with some of the wizardry masterminds of Grunge in New Delhi, commercially and underground. His music career became more of a static website, then being a flash one! However, it was during the year 2010 while his visit to Mumbai. He attended an evening of blissful melody, deep basslines and an everlasting tone - 'DEEP HOUSE gathering' which was spun by a close friend. He was imp-actively hit by sounds of John Digweed & Frankie Knuckles! Well, their was no looking back after that. The initial days were lot of learning, jamming, getting stoned and jamming again! Listening to new artists, local and international getting stoned and jamming once again. His love for the groove of Deep House had set in and his ability to mix different genres by now had taken him to a new beginning. As he termed himself as the 'ELECTRO HIPPIE' his appeal towards mixing the 60's & 70's with Deep House earned him a reasonable spot within the industry. With long hour sets and his capacity to keep turning the (TURN) tables has helped him grow stronger and focus on his style. His style is GROOVE, BOUNCE and SWAY....once again to GROOVE and BOUNCE! His strong technical skills to mix Deep House with Electro and Electro with Tech House and Progressive with Commercial is unique in his own way. He is strongly influenced by Kraftwerk, Frankie Knuckle, John Digweed, Sasha, Carl Cox, Ritchie Hawtin, Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Chemical Brothers, WhiteNoize, Pleasurekraft, Booka Shade, Mark Knight, Bob Sinclair, Felix Da Housecat, Green Velvet, Pete Gooding, Linewriter, Channel X and the list just goes on..... After have preformed at numerous venues across the city, his only aim is to make people happy with is music! Hash has a simple yet a complexity mantra every time he hits the decks.....Love, Support and Bounce!
