Harshvardhan Saraf is an Indian enterprenaur who is the founder of the medical centre in Mumbai named Vedary. He is also a wellness speaker and educator on YouTube.In a video, Harshvardhan revealed that during his childhood, he suffered from cold, which always kept him weak. His parents took him to many hospitals but nothing worked. With time Harshvardhan changed his lifestyle and food habits, however, this eradicated his health issues completely.Harshvardhan said in an interview that he and his wife, Subah, met for the first time in the workshop of Vedary in Mumbai when Harshvardhan was taking a Yoga Nidra session in 2018.After meeting, Subah, Harshvardhan joined her in her Satvic Movement organization, a non-profit organization that aims to bring man close to mother nature. The headquarters of the organization is in Gurgaon, Delhi. Harshvardhan and Subah started their YouTube channel, Satvic Movement, which contains health videos, disease curing videos, yoga, and healing videos. The YouTube channel has more than 3.27 million subscribers and in 2019, the channel also received a silver and a golden YouTube play button.Harshvardhan along with his wife, Subah, takes online and offline health transformation workshops.Harshvardhan is an animal lover.
