Harfan is an Agra-based LIVE band. The genres of the band are alternative, rock, pop, and Sufi. It started off with two friends who met in a guitar class – Asim (bassist) and Sachin (vocalist). The more they dived into the depth of music, the more those two had the urge to form a band. After few months, they met Deshraj (pianist) through one of their college friend. The three started jamming together for a while, until they scored a gig at Sadar Bazar, when the trio didn't even have a drummer and a rhythm guitarist. The first gig Harfan ever played was the most embarrassing show. But, the members found their rhythm guitarist from that event. The search for a drummer continued till they found Shivam at the last moment during the preparation for another event.  Recently, the band added a lead guitarist to its lineup – Pulkit. Harfan is a name which defines the persona of every guy present in the band. The band’s motto is to spread the sound and make the world aware of its presence.
