Guunj is a LIVE band based out of Guwahati, Assam. It is a Hindustani classical progressive fusion rock act formed in 2013. The band has released a single called Jiyo since its formation. This track has been very much appreciated by the entire Guwahati music circuit. The band draws its major influences from artists such as Agam, Baul, Indian Folk, Coke Studio and much more. Their genres can be classified as a mix of Indian classical music, rock, jazz, and blues. The band has performed at various events and gigs and has been very much consistent and successful in delivering some mind blowing LIVE shows.
