Galaxy is a LIVE band based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The band was founded by vocalist, Jake Lovett, and bassist, Kulbhooshan, in 2015.&nbsp; Although widely associated with grunge music, the band&#39;s sound incorporates heavy metal elements as well. Galaxy has released their debut single, Runaway to Galaxy, which is the title track of their upcoming EP. Before the formation of the band, Jake Lovett was an underrated vocalist who used to sing in orchestras as a part-time singer and a songwriter who used to write lyrics for thrash metal bands. After some time, he wanted to create a band where he could professionally compose his music and met the Kulbhooshan. Later, Jake Lovett and Kulbhoosan found a guitarist, Mukul Rao, at a college festival, after which, he too joined the band. The band&rsquo;s inspirations are Alice in Chains, Pantera, Alter Bridge, Green Day, Death, Breaking Benjamin, Metallica, Megadeth, and Guns n Roses.
