Frank’s Got The Funk is an indie pop rock LIVE band based out of the capital city of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. The band was founded in the year 2009. The band is primarily inspired by progressive and electronic rock. Bjorn Surrao, frontman of the band, began it as a five-piece band, but today it is only a two-piece band. FGTF has won several competitions like Deepwoods, NXG Rockstar, Strawberry Fields, IIT Saarang, and many more. The band has also headlined in several colleges. The first album of FGTF was launched in August 2011, titled 'Next Level'.
