Five8 is a blues/funk/rock LIVE band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. The band draws together funk grooves and raw rock with rich harmonies and catchy melodies in an exciting mix of compositions and reactive improvisation. The music of their first album – Our Imaginarium – features nine tracks written by the band between 2010 and 2013. Five8’s songs speak simultaneously of the chaotic city-life, the concrete jungles, the culinary adventures, the traffic jams, fleeting conversations, daydreams, and lost friendships.
