Fame The Band is a four-piece LIVE act based out of the hilly town of Meghalaya, Tura. Initially, the group was stuck to pop/alternative rock genres, but when they really started growing as a band, it was much more than pop, alternative, rock, and indie. The band has made songs, the way they want it to be and each of the song is different in its own way. So, they cannot really put them all under a particular genre. Fame The Band started in 2013 with its first original song, and that Expectedly turned out to be the best song composition (at a local competition). That was pretty motivating for the newly formed band. Judah and Fame have always had similar tastes in music, right from when they were in school. It was before they separated their ways that Fame started hanging out more with Judah's younger brother Mark and their friend Tengsam. It was the four of them every time, after that. It's no coincidence that one was a sick drummer and the other dropped the bass. Way before Fame The Band, Mikkimra had known Fame and Tengsam. Mark is his own brother. They learnt everything about music together. Fame and Judah were classmates and our musical journey together started way back at school. Music has always been a part of the bond they share. All the members share the same enthusiasm for music and are ready to chase their dreams together. Tengsam's first jam with Judah and Mark was in 2006. The following year he played the bass for them in a band called Ablaze till 2010. With Fame, he bonded through Judah.
