Essentara is a LIVE band based out of Silchar, Assam. Initially, this band was formed by Ayan Bhattacharjee (guitarist) and Piyush Sinha (singer) as a hard rock band just to hit a competition with a different genre under the name of Daft Crush. Fortunately, the Daft Crush won that night which encouraged every member to work and put some hope for the future. Later up, the members faced quite a lot issues with former drummer and bassist regarding genre indifference which led them to leave this band. Soumya Das and Prosenjit Rajbongshi (Meluha) helped Ayan and Piyush by joining this band. Later, Aziz Khan (bassist) joined the band. All the members just had one mutual taste for progressive metal, and that's how they started working with a new line-up and genre. Band Members: Vocals – Piyush Sinha Guitars – Ayan Bhattacharjee Guitars – Prosenjit Rajbongshi Bass – Aziz Khan Drums – Soumya Das
