The songs of the album like Madai Thiranthu and Indian Girls became so popular and gave him the chance to work with popular musical composers like Vijay Anthony, Harris Jeyaraj, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Dharan, and D Imman.He also recorded the songs for more than 10 commercial Tamil films.In 2009, he released his first International Tamil hip-hop album Kavithai Gundar which got his huge fame.A leading Tamil online radio station in Malaysia THR Raaga awarded him the Most Popular Artiste Award 2009.
