Biography

Earthstage is a funk/jazz/rock LIVE band based out of Margao, Goa. The band was founded in the year 2000, with a mission to collaborate with various musicians. They have contributed with some of the best national and international musicians. The band's name – Earthstage – means 'The Earth is Our Stage.' The band was founded by Elvis Lobo and Bosco Dsouza. The project initially began as an experimental act, trying out various sounds with different instruments and artistes. After some time, they understood that music came from within oneself; their communication came through music and physical motion.
