My Compelling Story

Sherado is a professional DJ based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. He was inspired by the constant throb of the radio throughout his childhood; the seeds of Sherado’s music literacy were sewn by the time a record-collecting addiction kicked in properly during his teenage years. This insatiable appetite for musical stimulation has driven him to explore far beyond the cutting-edge house and techno that is his stock-in-trade and led him down on more experimental paths. As a DJ, Sherado’s sets are unsurprisingly diverse. Through his musical and technical diversity, his skills on the decks have been showcased alongside with providing splendid visuals synced on his tunes. In his various guises, he has had the pleasure of warming up for iconic stars like Ivan, Rohit Barker, Tuhin Mehta, Teri Miko, Dan Stone, Ellocomark, and much more. As one of the key DJ’s involved in exposing the advances of digital DJing, Sherado is now dedicated to Traktor and Ableton LIVE for LIVE mixing. His LIVE experiments with touchable controlling take digital DJing to a whole different dimension. At the heart of Sherado’s wide-ranging sensibility is a fundamental honesty, he believes in neither following trends nor the concept of guilty pleasure.
