Navz is a professional DJ based out of the capital city of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. He is among the very few DJs in the country to perform in LIVE DJ show in front of more than 3000 people. His ability to play various genres, depending upon the crowd’s taste and to entertain the huge audience by his on-stage energetic attitude has given him the opportunity to perform huge LIVE shows in Chennai. His performance in DJ Night Pro Show for SRM University's annual intercollege fest, Milan, was a sensational success, which pulled in more than 3000 students from across the country. He performed in this spectacular show along with DJ Kave and DJ Aernal. After his show in SRM, he was invited to perform at Madras University of Technology (MIT). He was the official DJ for MITAFEST (MIT’s inter college cultural) and performed for its DJ night, which was a pro-show featuring leading bboys and dancers from the city, and beatboxer Charan Govan. He was also the official DJ for ‘Inspiration Chennai’, which was hosted by the Whistling Woods, India’s leading film school. Celebrities like Actor Danush, Balu Mahendra, Music Director Anirudh, RJ Balaji and many more from the film fraternity came in. The event was inaugurated by the Honorable Mayor of Chennai. DJ Navz is a certified DJ from the Scratch Lab School of DJing, Chennai. Scratch Lab is authorized by the Government of Tamil Nadu and is owned by DJ Kave. He was personally trained by DJ Kave who is India’s #1 turntablist and the official DJ of AR Rahman. DJ Navz has also done his Music Production course from VIT University, Vellore and has been DJing and producing for more than a year. He was the runner up of Digital DJ War (India’s first digital DJ war competition). Genres: House music, Deep house, progressive house, tech house, hip house, electro house, Dutch house, commercial house music, trance, R&B, Bollywood, Mashups, etc. He is also the winner of Channel V India Fest 2014 title, which was one of his biggest achievements in his DJing career. He is the artistic director of Zouk Creations that has brought in the concept of DJ night to various colleges across the city, with a vision of creating a non-alcoholic and drug-free dance music festival.
