Since the mid-90s, Kiran Kamath has been a popular DJ in the club scene in India. His unique blend of Bollywood, house and trance has rocked the stages in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. His originals, remixes and mashups have hooked a lot of Bollywood fans. From songs ‘Character Dheela’ to ‘Subah Hone Na De’, he has an ear and a talent for producing some hit songs. In the year 2011, he received the Indian Music Academy award for the song ‘Bin Tere’. His other songs like ‘Zero Hour’, ‘Dirty’ and ‘Valentine’ have got significant airplay. Kiran’s latest release – ‘Mashup of the Year’ – has become the first mashup to hit the top of the Bollywood charts. He has worked with the best directors and composers in the industry, and owns over 100 songs, including hit songs like Jugni and Jhoom Jhoom.
