A prolific DJ, electronic music producer and remixer, DJ Jitesh is one of the pioneers of the Indian DJ scene and has been in the profession for the last 17 years. He set his foot to become a DJ in 1996 and there has been no looking back, ever since. DJ Jitesh has been crowned as India's #1 DJ. With his new styles of music, Jitesh continues to baffle the standards and rise above the expectations. The year 2007 was an eventful year in Jitesh's music journey as he got crowned as India's #1 DJ at the National DJ Championship – India's biggest War of the DJs, held by Times Music. The title not only adorned his supremacy in the experimental and innovative music but also had critics lapping up his music with accolades. Jitesh became the only DJ to be invited from India, at the Pioneer Digital DJ Battle Asia Grand Finale, held at Bangkok, Thailand, in the year 2008. The event bashed his inimitable and imaginative music skills on a global scenario. The discography of DJ Jitesh consists of three official albums and numerous underground releases. Featuring famous Bollywood singers, he released his debut album 'Black & White Yaadein', with singers like Ravindra Upadhyay, Sanjeevani, and Javed Ali. In November 2008, the album was released on Times Music, peaking at number three spot on the top indie-pop charts of India. 10,000 copies were sold in the first week of its release. The promo video that featured Jesse Randhawa – a top Indian model – was in high circulation at Channel [V], MTV, and other prominent music channels for weeks. The second album, 'DJ Jitesh & Best of War of DJs', was released within a month of the release of the first album. This album was a planned release which had to happen under the title 'Best of War of DJs', but looking at the immense success of the first album, Times Music honored DJ Jitesh by changing the album's name and giving him the title credits along with his picture on the front cover. Jitesh's third official album, 'Bollywood DJ Nonstop Remix', got released in January 2012, on India's biggest music label – T-Series. Jitesh, as the founder of Spin Gurus, consummated success as a DJ and a music producer.
