Biography

Music has been the biggest passion in Dev’s life and has always felt the need to share that passion with other people. A mainstay in his native Goa India,  Mahadev. P. Kerkar AKA DJ Dev recounts his first brush with bringing forth his passion for music at the age of 19 years old.  Dev has always had interest for music, he spent nights in clubs and music stores watching and learning from top DJ’s and listening to his favorite style of music: Bollywood, Hip Hop, R&B, House etc. In the early days of his career he assisted Dj Ryan Pinto from Plug n Play for his private gigs mainly- weddings, conferences, birthday parties, stage shows, and live concerts. Since then Dev has worked his way through all by himself meeting people, building contacts, doing shows all around Goa Dev has gone on to play at almost every major circuit event in Goa.  Dev has received rave reviews from every venue and event he has played at. Chances are you'll find Dev on a dance floor near you as he loves partying and dancing virtually every weekend at clubs. With smooth blending of mainly Bollywood music which caters to people of all ages for all occasions, from foot taping to foot stomping that’s what Dj Dev is all about.
