Digambar Kamat is an Indian politician who served as the eleventh Chief Minister of Goa from 2007 to 2012. Manohar Parrikar succeeded him as the Chief Minister of Goa in 2012. In 2006, Digambar Kamat was appointed as the president of the Swimming Federation of India, and he served in this role till 2019. In 1994, he was elected as a member of the legislative assembly from the Margao constituency on the ticket of the Indian National Congress.
