Biography

Dharmesh is a legendary Hindi film director and a film writer. He has been in Bollywood since 1993. At the age of 24, he directed his first film, "Lootera". The film was a big hit at the Box office and it helped him announce his arrival to the film Industry. His next film, "Raja Hindustani", is still his biggest work till date. Released in 1996, the film starred Amir Khan and Karishma Kapoor and was the biggest hit of that year. It was also one of the biggest and loved blockbusters of the 1990s. It won the Filmfare award and also Star Screen award for the best film. Then he went on to direct Amir Khan again in the film "Mela" and then directed the cult classic "Dhadkan". Apart from being the director, he was also the writer of these films.
