Deukhan Manganiyar is a Rajasthani Folk Music singer. You can find the richness and a purity of Rajasthani classical and traditional music in his singing. He belongs to the Sawai Madhopur area of Rajasthan and performs across the state at numerous shows. Deukhan and his troupe has travelled all around the world, making people experience Rajasthani culture. Manganiyars are a hereditary caste of musician community of western Rajasthan. They play an interesting and traditional string instrument called the ‘Kamaicha.’  It is played with the help of a bow. The virtuoso rhythm of the Manganiyars has largely added to their success and popularity. Deukhan is the son of master musician and one of the finest Rajasthani vocalist, Multan Khan Manganiyar.
