Born in New Delhi, India – however having spent developmental years in Germany and the US (Bay Area), Delhi Sultanate has, since quite a while ago, spearheaded the hints of dancehall/hip hop in India. Notwithstanding his performance vocation, he is an MC and an established individual from BASSFoundation – New Delhi's first Dubstep, Drum n Bass and Reggae sound framework, and additionally the lead vocalist of India's first Ska and Rocksteady band – The Ska Vengers. Delhi Sultanate's late solo was released – inNYC-2-India with Subatomic Soundsystem and Criss and Shine separately went to #1 on Beatport Reggae Charts and Juno Hip Hop singles diagrams. He has worked together with Sizzla Kalonji for a forthcoming track, and in addition numerous other eminent dancehall MCs. He has opened for Julian Marley and Snoop Lion on their late India visits and has imparted the stage to Dub Phizix, Jazzsteppa, General Levy, Ant TC1, Subswara, Surya Dub, and the Reggae Rajahs. Aside from his music interests, Delhi Sultanate trains in conventional hand-to-hand fighting and holds a master's degree in South Asian Area Studies – and in addition – a MPHIL in Indian history.
