Biography

Deepti Sethi is a professional makeup artist and hairstylist based out of Pune, Maharashtra. She says that she has been fortunate enough to make her way into the world of beauty industry. She did graduation from Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, and after that she took up the 'High Fashion Photography Makeup' course to further hone up her skills. She has learnt about the history of makeup, makeup for TV and film, fashion, Avant-garde, Airbrush makeup, and hairstyling. She was – on the completion of her course – awarded the Leonard Engleman Associate Scholarship 2013! Post her education, she worked at an eminent salon and was able to gain invaluable hands-on experience of photo shoots, ad films for super models, celebrities and film stars, along with professional bridal makeup. It was during this time that she discovered the opportunity to train the crew and frontline staff for Kingfisher airlines. Four years later, she chose to take a break only to branch out and discover the other wonderful things in life and also the exciting world of makeup artistry and she landed in Los Angeles to the Cinema Makeup School.
