Biography

Deepak is a professional singer based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. He is a diploma-holder in Sangeet Visharad in Hindustani classical vocal music from the prestigious music school, Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Deepak is a multi-genre vocalist who sings Bollywood, Sufi and retro. He loves to play a blend of old Bollywood classics on guitar, mixing them with today's contemporary and Sufi stuff, and making them more enjoyable and pleasant to the listeners. He is also the lead vocalist of the band SwarBhoomi, which is a Sufi-rock band from Delhi. Achievements: Winner of Voice of Delhi, 2015 – conducted by Sony Mix Ex-contestant of the Indian reality TV show, The Voice India Received award from the then ex-Chief Minister of Delhi, Smt.
