Deaf is a four-piece LIVE metal band based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. It started as a couple of teenagers playing their favorite covers of legendary metal acts such as Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Sodom, etc. This soon turned into a passion that kept driving them to write and compose their own songs. The band was founded in April 2013 by Rohit Warloc (Drums) who was soon accompanied by Abhi Attavar (Bass). After a wait for two months, Vivek KR joined-in to take up the lead guitars. Later joined Arwen on the vocals and Suraj on the bass. Since then, they have had a number of lineup changes but the trio still remains with the core members. The band currently has their own compositions like 'Cat-Fight (The Chaos)', 'Deceive', 'Violence for Peace', and 'Deafnation' (title track of the band). Their sound and lyrics basically reflect matters like war, social warfare, and problems of life. Their music directly explains what each of them feels.
